public interface RequestedAttachedReference implements RequestedReference
TODO: The trust spec talks about RequestedAttachedReference,
RequestedUnAttachedReference (in section 6.2) and it talks
about <wst:RequestedTokenReference> in section 6.2.7. Not clear
if this is the same as RequestedAttachedReference ?.
