The "createDocumentType(qualifiedName,publicId,systemId)" method for a DOMImplementation should return a new DocumentType node given that qualifiedName is valid and correctly formed. Invoke method createDocumentType(qualifiedName,publicId,systemId) on this domimplementation with qualifiedName "prefix:myDoc". Method should return a new DocumentType node.
